Welcome

Welcome to the Communications standards for the National Standards Code of Kaldus. Communications involve domain registry, Internet Services, Radio Services, Telephone, and Television services. The government will own the infrastructure, and no private company will own any part of it. This includes all terrestrial communications, and over the air radio/tv signals. The goal will be to consolidate all communications to a singular platform that would meet the needs of everyone. This will mean television services will be carried over coaxial and fiber optic which is being done successfully now. The subscriber will use Ka-Tel to watch standard network stations, and pay any TV provider for anything more. This is because the government will assign Ka-Tel to manage the domain registry, radio licenses, free television service, and the unified voicemail system. The government will likely grant Ka-Tel monopoly status which will require that all of their services will be affordable. However, the code is written to allow for other providers if that should be the future.
