The standards code in this section will relate to anything related to television. This will include the specifications of the television, and the technology used to connect with television stations. It will also eventually depreciate the coaxial and over the air services for terristrial connections such as fiber optic. This will eventually free up spectrum that could be used for an emergency radio band for example.
In addition to the infrastructure and television requisites, there will be a rating system for any content that will come on the television. This rating will have 4 ratings which all shows, and movies will have to fit in the category. One of those ratings will be U: Unrated There will be a National Televisions Standards Board which will be responsible for rating everything that is displayed in the nation. This will include immediate rating on new content, and then slowly go backwards in time with rating other content.
