All radio stations will be supported by a radio band frequency which will be unique to them in the county they operate in. If there are conflicting stations, then the station with the stronger signal will likely win out. In addition to a radio frequency, they will also be required to offer their station through a smart phone app, and through a website. This will allow the subscriber to listen to their favorite radio station no matter where in the country they are located. In example, someone in the eastern part of the country could be visiting family in the west, and use the app to listen to their favorite DJ host on their favorite station that is located too far to pick up on radio.
